Dems Jab at Republicans for voting down Patriot Act

Dems are the biggest bunch of hypocrites ever! They whine and complain about the Patriot act for a decade. Then when the first group of politicians in Washington with the guts to vote it down turns out to be Republicans, they point fingers at the Republican Party and claim it is a failure of leadership.  That if the Republicans didn't have the votes to pass it that it should never have been brought up for a vote.  Extending 3 portions of the Patriot Act failed to pass by 2/3rd on Tuesday by 13 votes.

As far as merits: all in all, Patriot Act should probably be renewed, but I get a chill giving it to the Libs to use. Don't know if I trust with powerful tools Democrat operatives staffing some key positions in FBI. For some lefties, their politics is like Islam: any abuse is justified in order to "right" a "wrong".

Patriot Act is a controversial expansion of power, there's a good reason why it has a sunset provision, you better trust who you give it to. When the Press is in opposition, you can be sure they'll hunt down any appearance of abuse, which makes it safer with Repubs at the helm. With Press and Dems at power, there's less of a balance.

Portions of Patriot Act set to expire Feb 28th

Will congress renew the Patriot Act without debate? That seems to be what the Wall Street Journal expects will happen.

Three sections of the USA Patriot Act are up for a vote on Feb. 28:

1. Roving surveillance of suspects who try to evade court-authorized wiretaps under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
2. Access to business records related to intelligence and terrorism investigations.
3. Surveillance of a "lone wolf" or suspect who isn't affiliated with a known group or foreign power.

All three of these activities now occur without a warrant, without oversight by a judge. This is not constitutional, in that under the fourth amendment we are entitled to protection from warrantless searches of our persons, papers and effects.

If we will not adhere to the constitution now, then WHEN! When the islamists give up and quit? That is not going to happen any time soon. We must keep our country safe and FREE for our citizens NOW. And stop letting foreigners determine our domestic policy. We must not let them take away our freedom or they WIN!

By enacting a vote to continue the Patriot Act even for one day is a felony 18USC1341->1346 “Frauds & Swindles” (NOT subject of the Art.I Sect.6 immunity) given the inevitable communication of that vote’s effect.

I trust that you will take care to do your duty.

Yet I am concerned that other less knowledgeable members of Congress might bring you into danger by their vote to extend the Patriot Act.
Your witness of their enacting a vote to extend will establish a 18USC4 “Misprision of Felony” burden upon you.
Please advise your fellow Congressmen of the burden that our penal code places upon them.
The expiration of the unconstitutional Patriot Act needs to occur by either default or unanimous rejection of extension – Our country does not need the burden of broad criminal indictment on Congressmen at this time.

There is evidence that prior votes for the Patriot Act were made in ignorance and so were without criminal intent. This vote is different.

The nature of the Patriot Act’s scheme to defraud us of our Constitution’s Fourth Amendment is now evidenced as being known by all Congressmen so criminal intent will be conclusively established and the criminal act would be a matter established by public record.

When delivering that warning to Congress I ask that you call for a record of each Congressman's vote so you clear yourself of any taint of criminal culpability in this mater.

Chris Matthews Feels Left Out of Tea Party

Really. And he feels the term Patriot excludes him. Hmm. Maybe he's right...

After watching this it paints a clear picture of what we're up against. Trust me when I say that these two ignorant buffoons are not alone in their beliefs and feelings about the Constitution and Americans standing up for it. Many on the far left are so ignorant about our Founding Fathers and the American Revolution it makes it easy to feed them this anti-Constitution {edit-stuff}. Matthews was clearly ignorant as to why the Bill of Rights was an essential component to the Constitution. He didn't understand why there needed to be a Bill of Rights for the "gun nuts." Partisan Politics Must Be Banned From Our Schools

There are serious problems in the education community in our country. The problems come from a variety of sources. There must be a variety of solutions if this country is to provide future generations with the best possible opportunities for success. There is no one best option for educating our children. Public, private, and home education each has its strengths and weaknesses, and in a free society each option should be available for parents to choose for their children. One thing is certain; there is no room in publicly funded American education for the political indoctrination of our children by any political party. If the government is going to mandate that children attend school for a certain period of time in their lives, it is critically important that the government maintains the highest ethical standard of instruction, as free as is humanly possible from political bias. Teachers should teach our children and let those children decide for themselves, and neither lead nor lure them to a predetermined conclusion.

The teacher in Ohio who gave his students hand-outs covering President Obama’s Organizing for America (OFA) program was completely wrong. The material distributed in his classroom included an application for joining OFA, a program that is clearly a tool for pushing the Democratic Party’s political agenda. Just look at theirwebsite, paid for by the DNC. This one sided classroom presentation did not include any material covering opportunities for participation in any other political party in America. It is a complete outrage that a public school teacher used his classroom to push his political agenda on his students, no matter his party affiliation.

Our nation’s children are not getting the education that they need. Our schools should be focusing their attention on teaching our children in such a manner that they do not continuously fall behind their international peers in math and science. News article after news article after news article reports that US students are failing miserably. Why don’t we require our students to have mastered a basic understanding of the US Constitution before they leave high school? Maybe if our students were required to learn basic accounting our citizens wouldn’t have borrowed 2.1 trillion dollars in 26.5 billion credit card transactions in 2008. If they knew how dangerous this level of credit is to their personal finances they might not accept a federal government with $12,364,401,838,647.44 worth of debt (as of 15 Feb 2010 at 07:53:02 PM GMT) that has grown by “an average of $3.85 billion per day since September 28, 2007.”

I love a well-written blog post. Arby, you worded this one just right. We must keep politics away from our children in the school setting. Kids are sitting ducks for whatever agenda teachers might want to push at them. Children are particularly vulnerable to influences and it is our obligation to protect them. I don't let my kids watch much commercial TV for the same reason. I don't like subjecting their innocence to the wiles of Madison Avenue.

Senate Marxist Reid to Make It Almost Impossible to Repeal Obamacare

Every day the news coming out of Washington D.C. just gets worse and worse. Just when I thought I could no longer be shocked by the totalitarian Senate and Executive branch, I was…and am. On Monday, the Marxist-run Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid decided that he would make it virtually impossible for the American people to overcome Congress’ Machiavellian ObamaCare Death Plan. Betrayal is now the operating agenda of both the US Congress and Executive branch.

On the advice of the Marxist Senate “Parliamentarian”, using an illegal “procedural” measure, Marxist Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) wrote an amendment to ObamaCare Section 3403 that states “it shall not be in order in the Senate or the House of Representatives to consider any bill, resolution, amendment, or conference report that would repeal or otherwise change this subsection.” RedState reports that this “applies to regulations imposed on doctors and patients by the Independent Medicare Advisory Boards a/k/a the Death Panels.”

Although this change in Senate rules requires 67 senatorial votes, Reid decided to pass it as a ‘procedural matter’. Clearly, Reid is illegally and unconstitutionally changing the rules to better ensure that his and Obama’s totalitarian control of the American people is absolute and forever. It will require 67 votes to overturn the portion of ObamaCare that provides for the Medicare Death Panels that will decide who will die. But, the 67 votes required to make this change has been ignored by our Marxist government.

Resignation or Impeachment

The Constitution, a document president obama has apparently not familiarized himself with, as it is the guiding light for America, is being turned down, as if on a dimmer switch, by B. Hussein Obama. Yes, the president of the united States of America has worked around the Constitution, defied the Constitution and flat out chosen to challenge Congress and the American people by being a criminal. The fifth amendment to the Constitution states: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Please pay particular attention to the phrase, “nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation”.

B. Hussein Obama and his minions dictated the government settlement of two publicly held companies, General Motors and Chrysler, in their government controlled bankruptcy. After firing the head of a publicly held company, GM and replacing him with someone else, the obama administration dictated that shareholders would only receive twenty eight cents on the dollar, for their investment, despite being secured lien holders. This action is in direct violation of established bankruptcy law and practice. B. Hussein Obama’s actions have also violated the due process portion of the fifth amendment to the Constitution. The United Auto Workers union was told it would receive .68 cents on the dollar from the taxpayers, not because they had invested a dime in the companies, but because obama owed them a favor for their support presidential candidacy. According to the terms of the bankruptcy as set by obama, .68 cents per dollar of what would normally belong to investors is going to an entity that invested ZERO, a clear violation of the terms of the 5th Amendment, under the due process clause as well as the just compensation clause. This action, in and of itself is impeachable. B. Hussein Obama committed strong arm robbery when they took money from the rightful creditors and gave it to the UAW, which had no claim to it.

The top officials in all three branches of the government, judicial, congressional and most importantly executive were aware of this, in fact, the state run media, that never reports anything negative was all over covering the messiahs saving of the auto industry. President Nixon resigned under threat of impeachment for knowledge and cover-up of a politically motivated break in. President Clinton was impeached for lying to a jury about an affair. Both of these incidents with other Presidents pale in comparison to president obama taking money from investors and giving it to his union cronies, through the judiciary branch of government. President obama should be in jail and impeached for his actions, but it doesn’t stop there.

B. Hussein Obama has clearly broken the law, regarding the materials sent to schools, for his speech on September 8th, 2009. The instruction of what to do and how to do it is also in violation of this code:

20 U.S.C. § 3403. (Pub.L. 96-88, Title I, § 103, Oct. 17, 1979, 93 Stat. 670) United States Code Title 20. Education Chapter 48. Department of Education Subchapter I. General Provisions § 3403. Relationship with States (a) Rights of local governments and educational institutions It is the intention of the Congress in the establishment of the Department to protect the rights of State and local governments and public and private educational institutions in the areas of educational policies and administration of programs and to strengthen and improve the control of such governments and institutions over their own educational programs and policies. The establishment of the Department of Education shall not increase the authority of the Federal Government over education or diminish the responsibility for education which is reserved to the States and the local school systems and other instrumentalities of the States. (b) Curriculum, administration, and personnel; library resources No provision of a program administered by the Secretary or by any other officer of the Department shall be construed to authorize the Secretary or any such officer to exercise any direction, supervision, or control over the curriculum, program of instruction, administration, or personnel of any educational institution, school, or school system, over any accrediting agency or association, or over the selection or content of library resources, textbooks, or other instructional materials by any educational institution or school system, except to the extent authorized by law.

Given that ignorance serves as no excuse for breaking the law, combined with the fact that obama is an attorney, and if you hear him tell it, a Constitutional attorney, he has no excuse for his actions. Like any criminal, B. Hussein Obama, should be held accountable for his actions.

Mr. president, to maintain the dignity of the position you hold, to maintain the character, dignity and to keep America as the shining beacon of hope on the hill, it is imperative that you resign your position immediately. You are a criminal, if we are to judge you by your actions.

Congress, it is imperative that should B. Hussein Obama not resign his position as President of the united States of America immediately, that he be impeached for his criminality. If you fail to file articles of impeachment against B. Hussein Obama, you will guilty of violating your oath of office, that clearly states that you will defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. While it is not clear if obama falls under the “foreign” or “domestic” portion of your oath, it is clear that he is an enemy, who has committed crimes that must be adjudicated by Congress.

Thank you, in advance, for your honor, in adhering to the Constitution of the united States of America and performing the duties you have been elected to perform. I understand, that for most of you (Pelosi, Rangel, Reid, et. Al.) this is uncharted territory. Do not let that scare you, for you must do your duty or you too will be conspiratorially related to these crimes. And, lets face it, most of you are in on the price fixing and bankruptcy corruption issue.

Marxism, Human Organs, The Constitution, and You!-Bill Turner

The Marxist in Chief has made it very clear in his actions, his statements and his appointments, the most notable of which has been avowed communist and Green Czar Van Jones, that the hope he brought to the White House was for the power hungry backers such as George Soros, who pushed him to the throne and the change was to the American political structure. B. Hussein Obama asked that we judge him, not by his experience, but by the company he keeps. He keeps some pretty strange company and he does some pretty anti-American things.

On September 8th, 2009, the Indoctrinator in Chief will speak to the children of America. There are some pretty interesting components to this indoctrination move, that come on the heal of the ratonyourneighbor@snitchessleepinditches.gov. It would appear that obama paid attention in history class, at least to the Stalin, Lennon, Mussolini, Hitler and FDR sections. But, do not worry about the speech to the children, I am much more concerned with his announcement on September 11th, that he is building his civilian army, the one he says needs to be as big, strong and well funded as our military. Who are they going to fight? Are they going to protect the border that barack (what the heck is a “barack” anyway?) won’t fence, despite a congressional mandate too? Very curious. And, why do you suppose he is doing this on September 11th? It wouldn’t be to try and diminish American pride and patriotism, so that it makes it easier for he and the czars to finish up their Marxist mission would it?

Those of you who have any doubt about the Marxist intentions of Dear Leader only have to look at the White House calendar: The national flag of the People's Republic of China (PRC) will be hoisted at the South Lawn of the White House in Washington on September 20, 2009. The national flag of China will fly at the White House; I cannot wrap my mind around that one. Given all that has happened since B. Hussein Obama took office, wouldn’t the skull and cross bones be more fitting?

Cass Sunstein, Information and Regulatory Czar, has also assumed the duties of Body Desecration and Organ Harvesting Czar. Cass has advocated a policy under which the government would “presume” someone has consented to having his or her organs removed for transplantation into someone else when they die unless that person has explicitly indicated that his or her organs should not be taken. Right now, as an American citizen I have to give permission, usually on my drivers license to be an organ donor. In Sunstein’s America, my organs belong to the state, unless I lay claim to them before hand, presumably by having “Do Not Open” tattooed on my chest in big red letters. Godless, heathen, no good….you get the point. So, under the government health care plan, which is supposed to save money, we are going to do more transplants, at more expense, with all the expensive anti-rejection drugs? No way. I bet they will sell them to China to pay down the debt and get that flag off of our lawn. I wonder if Cass is onto something with his “assumed consent” philosophy…If I don’t pay my taxes, will the government assume to have my consent to sell my shares of GM and Chrysler stock to cover them?

All of this brings us to the crux of the matter, today’s liberals, like yesterday’s liberals, like yesteryears progressives believe that rights are derived from the government. The cult of progressivism has never gone away, it just keeps coming back in a different form. This time it showed up in the form of smiley face progressivism/fascism and has a new toy to use in the battle, the “race card”. The “race card” is supposed to make dissenters quake in their boots and immediately allow the liberal fascist to pass go and collect tofu. Despite the Constitution saying that our rights are “inalienable” and “God given”, the left is pushing the agenda of a second bill of rights, rights bestowed upon us by the sanctity of the government. All we have to give up for them is liberty and freedom.

The foundation of socialism is built on the idea that people who lack the necessities of life are not truly “free.” What good is the freedom of speech to someone weak from hunger? What good is the right of free association, when you’re dying of a heart disease? If you believe that freedom from want is a pre-requisite for enjoying all other forms of freedom, the modern liberal world-view becomes much easier to understand.

The concept of “positive rights” is hostile to the Constitution. The “right” to a job, food, health care, housing, can only exist without individual rights. Under the philosophy of socialism, communism,, liberalism, progressivism or statism, one must surrender their individual liberty for the common good of the state. In return for your freedom, you are given by the government that which they determine you need. Look around you, it is happening everywhere. No smoking laws, helmet laws, no trans fat zones, abolishing fast food and any other restriction on actions of an individual is an encroachment upon your liberty. The State can only provide benefits to some by violating the property rights of others. This crucial concept of progressive taxation (Our income tax) on individual income is based on the idea that the State has a moral right to confiscate and re-distribute resources, which transcends any individual citizen’s right to his own property. Think about it, the rise in imminent domain seizures of property for the public good is based upon this. You cannot have one of the “isms” without taking away personal property.

Doctor Zero states, “Having conceded the supremacy of the State’s needs over the rights of the individual in this area, we find ourselves endlessly fighting over just how much of his property the individual has an absolute right to retain… and the only logical answer is “none.” There is no ethical reason why a government that taxes some people’s income at 35% cannot tax it at 70%, 90%, or higher, to meet the needs of those in the lower tax brackets. We have also established the precedent that those “needs” are infinitely flexible - there are no iron-clad rules that prevent the State from deciding that access to the Internet, mass transportation, food, or housing are “rights” that it has a duty to provide”. How many of you remember the upper tax bracket being ninety percent? I do. It coincided with welfare and other social programs that constitute redistribution of wealth.

Keep in mind the current government, the current regime, both parties, are not here to protect the country and take care of the truly needy. If that were the case, our government would be a fraction the size it is. Both parties, all of our elected leaders on the national level have created a state of perpetual crisis, in order to portray itself as the savior to the people, and in exchange, we give up some more liberty and freedom. The left uses the language of charity to create entitlements such as welfare, in order to take away liberty from the needy, who must jump through the government hoops to receive the aid, and from those whom they take the money to fund these programs. The liberals have created class warfare and stirred racial warfare, in order to keep the people divided and fighting one another, not the real villains, the liberals.

Our forefathers who put together the Constitution were visionaries and understood the challenges that would come when they were gone. The Constitution begins with rights that are inherent, God given, inalienable and here long before you, they transcend man and time. These are the rights that establish the government and compel its actions. These rights are also each individuals rights and compel us as a free people. The difference between liberty and anarchy is responsibility. The freedoms and rights granted to us, come with the responsibility to use them.

Look upon the “isms” as a group of children, each operating based upon his or her own primal need, each demanding something from the parent, in this case the government. As the screams get louder and the behavior uglier, the state manages the demands of its people by deciding whose rights to violate first, in order to shut the other group up. There are never enough resources to go around under any of the “isms” as they do not provide the citizens with the motivation to produce more, for if you do, the state takes it and gives it to the slacker neighbor who was whining and not working.

Do you want to stop the “isms”? Then you must be responsible. Stop demanding health care, lower fuel prices, discounts and rebates on cars, refrigerators and the like. Every time you ask for something, the government uses it as an excuse to rush in and “solve” the problem. You are entitled to “Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”. The Constitution does not entitle you to a house with heated Italian tile floors in the bathroom, a sixty inch plasma TV and a Hummer in the driveway. If you cannot get those things on your own, and you allow the government to give them to you, there will be strings attached. The government becomes the puppet master and you become the puppet.

Stand tall America and demand what you are entitled to, what you deserve, what was given to you by the visionaries that came before us, your right to be free from oppression and tyranny. Stand tall and demand from your neighbors, your employer, your politicians and yourself, your inalienable rights. Use them. Defend them. Do not let them slip away from you, for they are much harder to restore than they are to keep.

B. Hussein Obama, we know about the company you keep. In your case the distance is further than you think. The Confessor knows the depth of the well from which you came and the people know your talk is cheap. This is part two of a look at your czars, the people you said we should judge you by, so let the judgment begin:

Joe Goebbels, Behavioral Science Czar. Okay, so Goebbels is dead and the position is currently vacant, but on July 30th, 2009, at the behest of B. Hussein Obama, Congress held a hearing on the creation of a behavioral science czar to get you to think certain ways. Behavioral science, people. This is a minister of propaganda. Given the fascist nature of the obama regime the contemplation of this position is not a surprise.

Gary Samore, the WMD Czar is supposed to stop the spread of weapons of mass destruction. Mr. Samore negotiated the original arms treaty with North Korea, under the Clinton administration. We know how well that worked out.

The Mid-East Peace Czar, George Mitchell, helped prepare for his position with a three year tenure as CEO of Disney. Prior to that he spent the Iran-Contra Hearings haranguing Oliver North for being a Patriot. And, he was the investigator for Major League Baseball, that helped determine that Barry Bond’s Mardi Gras head was caused by steroids.

The Drug Czar, Gil Kerlikowske, was once the Seattle Police Chief. As chief of police in Seattle, he made the decision to not to pursue drug possession charges of Seattleites. His career in the military consisted largely of saluting President Nixon as he stepped onto the presidential helicopter. In 2001 the Mardi Gras Riots in Seattle left 1 dead and 70 seriously injured, because the drug czar did not allow the police to intervene, instead, he had them maintain a perimeter around the riot and let the beatings continue. Kerlikowske resigned his position after interfering in the investigation of two police officers accused of beating a civil rights leader.Apparently the Drug Czar isn’t all that worked up over drugs and is okay with beatings. Nice.

TARP Czar Herb Allison was the CEO of Fannie Mae, from September 2008 until his appointment as the TARP Czar (which is overseeing funds going to Fannie Mae). Mr. Allison is on several boards and advisory councils currently, including Time Warner and the New York Federal Reserve Board. Does this not constitute a conflict of interest and ethics violation?

Jeff Crowley, AIDS Czar receives a salary of $102,000 a year. We have a Secretary of Health & Human Services and a Surgeon General, so what does the AIDS Czar do? Maybe his job has more to do with has background (researcher at the Institute for Health Policy at Georgetown University where he focused on Medicare and Medicaid policy from 2000 to 2009), than with his title? Appearances are more important than fact with B. Hussein Obama.

Government Performance Czar, Jeffrey Zients, has donated over $90,000 to democratic candidates since 1999. He is founder and a managing partner in privately-held Portfolio Logic LLC, an investment firm primarily focused on pediatric healthcare and business services companies, no conflict there, as we try and cram government health care down the Americans throats.

John Holdren, Science Czar is the poster boy for mad scientists. The following is a summary of Mr. Holdren’s crazy ideas:

• Women could be forced to abort their pregnancies, whether they wanted to or not.
• The population at large could be sterilized by infertility drugs intentionally put into the nation’s drinking water or in food.
• Single mothers and teen mothers should have their babies seized from them against their will and given away to other couples to raise.
• People who “contribute to social deterioration” (i.e. undesirables) “can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility” — in other words, be compelled to have abortions or be sterilized.
• A transnational “Planetary Regime” should assume control of the global economy and also dictate the most intimate details of Americans’ lives — using an armed international police force.

Now, I don’t know what planet Mr. Holdren comes from, or what country he thinks he is in, but this snapshot of his ideology is pretty scary. Why is he allowed anywhere near American public policy? How could B. Hussein Obama possibly think this is a good idea? His appointment alone should be grounds for impeachment, as obama is either crazy or being controlled by someone else who is.

John Brennan, Terrorism Czar, is a very qualified and experienced candidate, who has to go, because czars are un-constitutional.

The Faith Based Czar, Joshua DuBois, a $98,000 dollar a year employee, whose job could be done by the Department of Health and Human Services, is a prodigy of the moral and ethical Charlie Rangel. Given Mr. Rangel’s ethics issues, someone should keep an eye on this guy.

Kenneth Feinberg is the Pay Czar. Mr. Feinberg specializes in negotiating settlements, such as for the Agent Orange lawsuits, asbestos cases, the value of the Zapruder film, and holocaust slave labor settlements. Given the fact that Dear Leader believes he can run everything, including private industry, it does not surprise me that he created this position. I hope each business tells the czar and obama to get lost.

Larry Summers, Economic Czar has a rather illustrious history. He served as Secretary of the Treasury under the Clinton administration. Larry received a vote of “no confidence” from the Harvard faculty when he ran that institution. Apparently Mr. Summers stated that the reason there is an inequality between men and women in the upper echelons of academia is due to "different availability of aptitude at the high end” between men and women. He was also the chief economist for the World Bank. Summers stated, "I think the economic logic behind dumping a load of toxic waste in the lowest wage country is impeccable and we should face up to that . . . I've always thought that under-populated countries in Africa are vastly underpolluted." Does he not know he is in the land of global warming?

Communications Czar on Health Reform, Linda Douglas, was the face behind obama’s snitch on your neighbor if they talk bad about health care plan. So, it is apparent that she is without ethics.

Domestic Violence Czar Lynn Rosenthal, is described by those who fight the domestic violence fight each day, as no advocate for women, rather she is only an advocate for the feminist political viewpoint regarding the issue.

Nancy-Ann DeParle, Health Czar, the $158,000 a year woman. I believe “Health Czar” could have been done by Health and Human Services Secretary. Is this the “efficiencies” in health care that obama talks about? She served as the director of the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) from 1997 to 2000, administering the Medicare program for the Clinton administration. State run media, Msnbc.com reported that she was paid more than $6 million, and served as a director of half a dozen companies that faced federal investigations, whistleblower lawsuits and other regulatory actions. Many of these companies have a stake in the health care reform that she is leading. She should fit right in with these clowns.

Safe Schools Czar Kevin Jennings is a real piece of work. Kevin Jennings, founder of GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network) — which sponsored the conference that produced the notorious “Fistgate” scandal (in which young teens were guided on how to perform dangerous homosexual practices including “fisting”). He supports promoting homosexuality and gender confusion as normative to even young students. He made that comment in a New York City church. What is this man doing in the White House? What is he doing in the Department of Education?

Paul Volker is the Economic Czar. He ran the Federal Reserve Board under the patron saint of the liberals, Jimmy Carter and under Ronald Reagan. After leaving the Fed, Volker became an advisor to the man who would become chief of the World Bank. As of October 2006, he was the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the influential Washington-based financial advisory body, the Group of Thirty, and is a member of the Trilateral Commission. He has had a long association with the Rockefeller family, not only with his positions at Chase Bank and the Trilateral Commission, but also through membership of the Trust Committee of Rockefeller Group, Inc. (RGI), which he joined in 1987. That entity managed, at one time, the Rockefeller Center on behalf of the numerous members of the Rockefeller clan. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International House in Manhattan, NY. He was a founding member of the Trilateral Commission and is a long time member of the Bilderburg Group.

Afghanistan Czar, Richard Holbrooke, has a colorful history. From February 2001 until July 2008,Holbrooke was a member of the Board of Directors of the now almost bankrupt American International Group (AIG). During his time as a member of the board of directors of AIG the firm engaged in wildly speculative credit default insurance schemes that may cost the taxpayer hundreds of billions to prevent AIG from bringing down the entire financial system. I suppose creating the crisis that gave obama license to push his socialist agenda warrants a cabinet position.

Ron Bloom, Car Czar, was previously the special assistant to the President of the United Steel Workers based out of Pittsburgh since 1996. Before that he worked as a Investment Banker. Apparently being connected through the unions is all you need to be in charge of one of the largest segments of the economy. I wonder if he knows where Hoffa is.

Trade Czar, Ron Kirk, was mayor of Dallas Texas for seven years. Under his leadership, he proposed the "Dallas Plan," a vision for the next 25 years, which included the controversial Trinity River Project, a $246 million plan that called for constructing a network of parks and highways in the flood plain of the Trinity River (building in a flood plain, now there is a resume builder). He is now a partner with the Houston-based law firm Vinson and Elkins, where, according to Texans for Public Justice, he was, as of March 2007, one of the four highest paid lobbyists for Energy Future Holdings Corporation, the group created by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, TPG Capital and Goldman Sachs to acquire TXU. A lobbyist for an energy holdings company in the White House, the land of “no lobbyists” according to Dear Leader.

Scott Gration, Sudan Czar, is holding down a job the State Department has managed just fine for a long time. Scott is a decorated and honored military veteran. Never the less, he is a czar and has to go.

Todd Stern the Climate Czar is holding down a high paid position that was previously managed by the EPA. Another example of obama’s government efficiencies in action. He has acted as the senior White House negotiator at the Kyoto Protocol and Buenos Aires negotiations.

Van Jones, Green Jobs Czar and instigator of a boycott against Glenn Beck, is a fine, upstanding, communist radical. Excerpt from a Nov. 2005 interview in the East Bay Express:

Jones had planned to move to Washington, DC, and had already landed a job and an apartment there. But in jail, he said, "I met all these young radical people of color -- I mean really radical, communists and anarchists. And it was, like, 'This is what I need to be a part of.'" Although he already had a plane ticket, he decided to stay in San Francisco. "I spent the next ten years of my life working with a lot of those people I met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary." In the months that followed, he let go of any lingering thoughts that he might fit in with the status quo. "I was a rowdy nationalist on April 28th, and then the verdicts came down on April 29th," he said. "By August, I was a communist." In 1994, the young activists formed a socialist collective, Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement, or STORM, which held study groups on the theories of Marx and Lenin and dreamed of a multiracial socialist utopia. They protested police brutality and got arrested for crashing through police barricades. In 1996, Jones decided to launch his own operation, which he named the Ella Baker Center after an unsung hero of the civil-rights movement.

So, we have a radical, criminal, who is a self avowed communist, radical and militant, bending the ear of the Communist in Chief, obama. With this resume, he couldn’t pass an FBI background check, much less congressional approval. What is this man doing in the White House?

Vivek Kundra is the Information Czar. An IT guru, it is said that Kundra “will play a key role in making sure our government is running in the most secure, open, and efficient way possible”. What I want to know is this: How can the government be “secure” and “open” at the same time? Kundra has made it a priority to focus on the following areas: (1) ensuring openness and transparency, (2) lowering the cost of government, (3) cyber-security, (4) participatory democracy, and (5) innovation. Openness is not exactly a trademark of the obama administration. Eighteen million dollar websites do not exactly lower the cost of government and we do not live in a “democracy”. In order to work in the White House one should have to pass a civics test.

Well, the czars to date have been exposed. Some of them are people of character. All of them are doing jobs that could be done by other departments. And, some of them are just plain scary (Holdren & Jones). None of the czars are allowed under the Constitution of the united States of America. By having a layer of government between Congress and the executive branch usurps congressional authority and violates American citizens rights to equal representation by negating the representative nature of Congress. Czars have fiduciary and regulatory authority that is not granted to the federal government by the Constitution and cannot be delegated by Congress or the executive branch. In essence, they have no right to legally exist and operate. President B. Hussein Obama is in direct violation of the Constitution for his actions in this area. Each member of Congress, and obama are in violation of their oath of office, to protect the Constitution of the united States of America from all enemies, foreign and domestic. The violation of their oaths of office in tantamount to treason and is, at the very minimum, an act of sedition. I encourage each of you to stand up and demand this cease and desist immediately. To do so, send a Petition For Redress Of Grievances (http://www.resistnet.com/profiles/blogs/petition-for-redress-of) to your Senators, Representatives, the Republican Caucus, the Democratic Caucus, the President and the Department of Justice (as a criminal complaint).

The arrogance, insanity and criminality of the obama administration must be stopped and it is each of our duties to stop it. You are either part of the problem or you are part of the solution. Join with me in being the solution.

My Son, I'm Sorry

Tim on Resist Net wrote this letter to his son after the second stimulus cleared the Senate:

Dear Son,
I woke this afternoon to the news that the Senate had passed this so called Stimulus.
I wrote letters, I sent e-mails, I made phone calls. Still I let you down, I am sorry.
For the decades of debt that has been put on your generation, I am sorry.
I know my generation has failed to maintain a watchful eye, I am sorry.
For allowing Government to get out of control, I am sorry.
For failing to secure your freedom and Liberty, I am sorry.
I have studied our Founding Fathers, and the Founding Documents. I will continue to learn and fight to return this Country to the Constitution on which it was founded. I promise you, I will do all in my power to stop this insanity before we hand the reigns to your generation. Please give me another chance. I Love You, Dad

This letter sums up the feelings of political helplessness that have plagued me these past months. The checks and balances written into our constitution are not working. I fear for us all. Please register and vote conservative in 2010 and bring balance back into government.
