Lawsuit filed against Chicago's new gun laws
Apparently a group of people, including Illinois gun shop owners, think that a law that prohibits people from carrying a gun on their own property, such as on the porch or in the garage, infringes on their right to bear arms. Hmmm. So days after the Supreme Court strikes down the Chicago Gun Ban, Chicago passes a new law, saying in effect: Sure you can have a gun.
