Charlie Cook Says Dems Will Lose The House In November

He says it is "very hard to come up with a scenario" where the Dems don't lose the 40 seats to Republicans. This is based on miscalculation, not miscommunication. Cook is a highly respected pundit among Democrat circles. Or at least he used to be. They'll probably "shoot the messenger" on this one, though.
