Help Say GoodBye to Yorba Linda's Lance Corporal Rick Centanni


YORBA LINDA--Flowers, candles and other tributes to Sgt. Major Robert Cottle and Lance Cpl. Rick Centanni, the two Marines from Yorba Linda killed March 24 by an improvised explosive device in Afghanistan, have been left at the city's Veterans Memorial.


SHOW THE CENTANNI FAMILY HOW MUCH WE APPRECIATE THEIR SON'S SACRIFICE:
Lance Corporal Rick Centanni will be given a Heroes Welcome, Friday, April 2 at Los Alamitos AFB, at the Joint Forces Training Base. He will arrive at about 1:30 pm and will be escorted back to McAulay & Wallace funeral home in Fullerton. His family has stated the public is welcome for this procession to bring him home.
The funeral arrangements for the services for Lance Corporal Rick Centanni have been confirmed for Tuesday, April 6 at 10 am . The services will be held at St. Martins Catholic Church located at the corner of Yorba Linda Blvd and Fairmont Ave.
The processional will head out of the church parking lot at 19767 Yorba Linda Blvd. at 11:30am, go south on Fairmont Boulevard, west on Orangethorpe Avenue, north on Kellogg Drive past Esperanza High School and then back up Kellogg Drive to Yorba Linda Boulevard, passing by the church on its way to the 91 Freeway and Riverside National Cemetery.
Members of the Santa Ana Police Department, where Centanni’s father is a sergeant in charge of investigations, will escort the motorcade.
Boy Scout Troop 732 and 762 will be stand and salute on Yorba Linda Blvd.

I will be standing on the processional route and I urge you to do the same if you are within driving distance of Southern California. Flags, signs, banners, hands over hearts and salutes are all welcome.
