Jerry Brown Says ACORN Broke No Laws

California Attorney General, Jerry Brown, has announced that ACORN workers did not break any laws in their behavior on tape with Hannah Giles and James O'Keefe. Brown called it "terrible judgement" and "highly inappropriate behavior".

On Bill Handel's morning show on KFI the attorney disagreed, saying "if that is not conspiracy to defraud the government, I don't know what is." He was referring to the ACORN workers advising Giles and O'Keefe to lie about her profession and lie to the government.

And Brown is running for governor of CA again? Wasn't he known as "governor moonbeam" last time? Is that the change CA needs?

Commenters had a lot to say about this.

Well, what do you expect from Jerry Brown and Schwartzenegger and Cal? Hey, I live here and we are ashamed of our govt but here, amidst the Fruits and Nuts we expect this insanity daily. Of course they broke no laws. The San Francisco freak set said they broke no laws!! "Acorn", now ACCE. is perfectly at home here and will continue to lie, cheat and steal with both hands because Cal. "laws" and law makers will protect them.

So, exactly what DO you have to do in Calieforneeaaah to get prosecuted? Maybe if they would have said something unkind about the "Beautiful People" at Hollywoods they would have been prosecuted for a hate crime???!!!!

Anyone who lives in California knows what a disaster Mr. Brown has been as A.G. - and this ruling is really no surprise. Mr. Brown is running for governor on a pledge to help Mr. Obama further his radical agenda; Mr. Brown claims that a win for him is a win for our failed president so it is with a wink and a nod that Mr. Brown has decided not to pursue this organized crime operation. Good job Jerry - you have won the undying gratitude of your good buddy Mr. Obama and failed to do your job.
