This video does a good job of explaining why even spending stimulus money on public works does NOT stimulate the economy. Could be why we are in the fix we are in. Things are bad, and Obama and his cohorts keep looting the treasury.
And, hey, if destruction is a good thing, then the flooding in Asia that is "plunging millions into misery" is great news for them and their economy (sarcasm).
