Rep Miller Responds to Obamacare Supporter

Congressman Gary Miller (R-CA) was confronted last night by a lady who had cancer in the early 1990s. She is now told by her insurance company that she has a preexisting condition, though she has been cancer-free for 15 years. Rep.
