B. Hussein Obama has ignored, violated and shredded the Constitution of the united States of America. He and he alone represents the biggest threat to our great nation. He is the head of a great snake that has wrapped itself around our country and is attempting to squeeze the liberty and the life out of it.. There can be no more tolerance of this behavior from Dear Leader.
President obama’s interference in the Chrysler bankruptcy proceedings is in direct violation of the fifth amendment to the Constitution. Obama used TARP as justification to intercede in the bankruptcy, despite the fact that TARP was created after the inception of the debts by Chrysler. The Treasury Department took the unconstitutional act of transferring assets from secured creditors to unsecured creditors (the UAW) despite the Fifth Amendment commanding that, however great the nation’s need, private property shall not be thus taken even for a wholly public use without just compensation. One might think that a Constitutional scholar like B. Hussein Obama would have known this, or, it could be that he just does not care.
Dear Leaders pledge drive through Organizing for America that began in March is in direct violation of the Constitution, because the signatures are not to support the Presidency or the Constitution, but solely to endorse B. Hussein Obama. This challenges the primacy of the Constitution as the supreme law of the land. Each and every person who signs a pledge to B. Hussein Obama is guilty of compromising their loyalty to the Constitution. By this device, Obama will remove the Constitution as the highest authority in the land. He will replace that authority with himself. These signatories will be shifting their loyalty from the Constitution to Obama. He will use these signatories as proof that he is supreme leader, based upon those who have pledged allegiance to him, and to nothing else.
Nelson Valdes reports, “Section 621 of the Omnibus Appropriations Act of 2009 authorizes Cuban ancestry persons subject to the jurisdiction of the United States to travel to Cuba to visit close relatives for an unlimited period of time once every 12 months and to engage in travel-related transactions at the "maximum per diem rate" in effect at the time of travel. The Cuban Americans will be permitted, as well, to send money to their relatives. This "initiative" has been described as a change in policy toward Cuba”. This change in policy by B. Hussein Obama is unconstitutional, as it violates the “equal protection” section of the Constitution. Note that under the new travel policy mandated by obama “Cuban Americans” can travel to Cuba, not the rest of us. This is discriminatory. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of national origin. The Supremes (the court, not the singers) have stated that any and all legislation that gives disparate treatment to any ethnic group or group of national origin is automatically suspect.
It needs to be noted that you do not (DO NOT) have a Constitutional right to free speech. You think you do.. You have probably said you do. You may have even thought you were using your Constitutional right to free speech, but you were wrong. The First Amendment to the Constitution says:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
“Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech”. What does that mean? It means the government does not grant you that right. It means the Constitution does not grant you that right. It means each and every one of us is born with an inalienable right to free speech that the government cannot take away. Politicians and most Americans do not look at free speech this way, but the Constitution, the ultimate authority and law in America is clear, you have free speech, from birth, and it shall not be infringed upon. When you hear someone, anyone, be it a reporter, a politician, a friend, neighbor or co-worker talks about the First Amendment right to free speech, correct them, let them know that you have a right to not have your speech infringed upon, but you were born with a God given, natural right to free speech.
We stand on the precipice of a Constitutional Crisis, brought on by the illegal, immoral and un-Constitutional acts of our Congress and B. Hussein Obama. Do not let this happen. While you are demanding that Cap and Trade be stopped, while you are demanding that Health Care be stopped, demand that B. Hussein Obama be impeached, that your congressional delegation adhere to their oath, that all un-Constitutional acts be overturned and all illegal laws be repealed. We have them on their heels. They did not expect the turn out for the 9/12 march that they received. They did not expect so many people to march across America at the same time. Our Marxist adversaries did not believe in the spirit of America, did not think that we would rally and rip ourselves away from our flat panel televisions, our computers and our day to day lives. We have shown them the colors of our pride and patriotism and those colors are the red, white and blue of our nations flag, not the red and yellow of the Chinese flag Dear Leader dares raise on the south lawn of the White House. How dare he? How dare they? Speak up America, for you have an obligation to use your God given right to save our country from the enemy within.
