Breaking: Jane Russell dies at age 89

Actress Jane Russell, star of Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (video) died at 89 in California. She died peacefully at home surrounded by her children.

Ms. Russell was such a huge advocate for children that the family has requested these two organizations. During her film careen she founded Women's Adoption International Fund known around the world as WAIF. She is responsible for placing over 40,000 hard to place children in permanent homes.
